couple of excited comments about how cute it would look. a few even mentioned they'd love to do the same.
more often then not, my idea was met with a face of shock, confusion, doubt, and even a hint of disgust. these initial faces were masked with an "oh... uh, cool"... sometimes a "really??? wow you're braver than i am." or... "neat. my mom has wallpaper" even... "eww! why?" i would just chuckle inside when i was met with these responses. then i kindly informed them...
wallpaper has official made a comeback, and i have welcomed it with open arms.
p.s.
do not fret. it's not plastered on every surface, just one accent wall.

AN accent wall is acceptable. But, no matter how "back" (or in style) wallpaper gets, one wall is MORE than enough.
Despite my opinion on the idea of papering a wall... yours does look pretty good (I'd say "cute" but, I have a Y chromosome, so I wont).

I think it looks great! When I buy a home I think I might do the same thing!
Do you know how much of my life has been spent trying to REMOVE wallpaper?!? ;) I like the color, it looks good!

I was one that said, "really?" I've done way to many wallpapering jobs! But I have to admit, it is very cute!
