People always ask how we met so here it is... from my (katie's) perspective. My cousin Joe set us up. I didn't want to go... I'd been on countless blind dates and I was beginning to feel like a complete loser. But Joe mentioned that I had met Brandon before. He'd come to my parent's house the year before and we had briefly met. Brandon doesn't remember me....sad... but I remembered him! ;) I thought he was super cute... i have a thing for blonds. I had plans with Brook that night and felt kind of sad that I would have to leave... remember mentioning to her (brook) that my cousin had a hot friend over.... little did I know he'd one day be my husband!!
So, the blind date.... It was perfect! We played laser tag.... I kicked his trash!!! I wish I could say it was my amazing aim and agility but really it was due to the fact that he wore a lime green shirt. Wasn't a hard target. We shared our food at dinner and even split dessert... I figured that was a good sign. I've been eating off his plate ever sense.
Two years later here we are....
