march 9th

officially due today. when a doctor tells you that you could VERY likely have your baby early, don't listen to him. he lies. being dilated to a 3 and then 4 during the final weeks of your pregnancy means nothing. nothing. all it does is tease you.

turns out it's a good thing she hasn't yet arrived. i can't breathe, my throat hurts, and my ear are plugged. i can't believe i'm saying this, but... "stay in a little longer baby. just a little longer."

AMEN! On all accounts. I know it's selfish of me, but if she comes today, I'm too sick to get to be with her. Hang in there baby!!

I feel your pain! Adeline decided to be 5 days late...but, Brooklyn was late too, and both of them were INCREDIBLE eaters and sleepers...Addie only wakes me up once in the middle of the night to eat...I realized that I'd gladly wait 5 extra days to have a baby that sleeps!

Ya, just a little longer!! We're all sick :( except Jacob, I think it's just affecting the girls around here. I finally took ellery into the dr. today and she has double ear infections.

It's true.... Doctors should NEVER get your hopes up like that! NEVER!!! Especially with the first baby. Hopefully she has come by now. Can't wait to hear. Good luck with everything!

I'm with you!!! I was SO disappointed when my due date came w/ no baby, because my doctor had been so insistent I would go into labor early. Next time around I'm not going to pay attention to that at all!!! I hope you're feeling better!
